Appointments:
We try our best to accommodate our patients as much as possible when scheduling appointments. We have found that children with extensive treatment are better to be seen early in the morning when they are fresher and can have a more positive experience with us. Some appointments may require your child to miss school, and these are considered excused absences. Our afternoon appointments are generally kept for specific treatment and high school students. Dr. Beaudet likes to run an “on time” schedule so that our patients do not get restless. If you are more than 10 minutes late we reserve the right to reschedule.
Financial:
If your child has any treatment needs (cavities, orthodontics, etc.), we will provide you with a detailed estimate before we schedule treatment. As a courtesy, our office will submit your child’s insurance claim. We will help you maximize your insurance benefits and your company will reimburse you to the extent of their liability. Payment can be made by check, cash, credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express accepted *with an additional service fee of 4%*), Care Credit and payment plans through our office after the completion of your child’s visit.
